Our story began with a vision: to create a special place in Treviso where the independence and comfort of a private apartment meet the quality, thoughtful details and convenience of contemporary hospitality.
The idea was conceived by surveyor and property developer Marco De Nardi, together with a group of entrepreneurs who shared his ambition to bring an innovative hospitality project to life.
Their goal was not simply to construct another residential building, but to create something designed from the ground up around the needs of today's travellers.
